As our volunteer program had to stop due to Covid for 2 years followed by the economic crisis last year, we are happy to announce new volunteers.
In May we re-welcome Tess Oudendijk who was at the school before and is happy to return for a couple of weeks. Thanks Tess for joining the teachers and the kids again. They are so happy to have you back.
for July we welcome Tirza Gianotten and Dafne Mouritz
Hii, I’m Tirza Gianotten, 20 years old and currently studying Law at the University of Amsterdam. I was born and raised in Amsterdam and currently still live there. I really enjoy swimming, cooking and especially doing fun things with friends in my free time. Me and Dafne have traveled a lot together, such as to Canada, Los Angeles, Turkey, New York and France and always enjoy visiting new countries and experiencing adventurous things. I am really looking forward to volunteering in Sri Lanka :)
Heyy, I’m Dafne Mouritz, 21 years old and I’m currently studying communication at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam. I was born in Amstelveen and am currently moving to Amsterdam. My hobbies are making music, sports and attending a nice party. Moreover, I love to travel and have done this a lot with Tirza. I am also very curious about our trip and I am especially looking forward to it!!
